Maya Bay is a sheltered cove in Thailand with white sandy beaches, clear blue water cradled by stunning rock cliffs. This Thai inspired sauce is great as a marinade for chicken or to drizzle on seared scallops or other seafood. With the addition of some balsamic vinegar, it makes a great salad dressing.
